An Investment in Community and Culture

The New Mexico Symphony Orchestra is crucial to the cultural and economic life of our state. The NMSO contributes immeasurably to the quality of life in our region. Our presence helps create a thriving economy by stimulating incomes (100 full and part-time jobs) tourism and tax revenues. In fact, nearly all of the NMSO's budget is returned to the local economy in salaries, goods and services.

The Speigel Legacy Society is the NMSO's special way of acknowledging supporters who have included the NMSO in their estate plans. We have created this society to offer a means for people, through thoughtful estate planning, to provide for their families and loved ones while perpetuating the values that are central to the NMSO's tradition.

Named in honor of a family whose generosity and charitable leadership in Albuquerque are legendary, the Speigel Legacy Society is open to all persons who make a deferred gift to the Foundation. There are many ways of giving, including wills, trusts, insurance, securities, qualified plans and charitable gift annuities.
